【摘要】 目的　探讨bcl 2、NDPK/nm2 3和p16蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法检测bcl 2、NDPK/nm2 3和p16蛋白在 34例胰腺癌组织中的表达。结果　本组 34例胰腺癌组织中bcl 2、NDPK/nm2 3和p16蛋白阳性表达率分别为 6 5 %、6 1%和 5 0 % ,其表达与肿瘤的临床分期及病理分化程度有较好的对应关系。淋巴结转移组bcl 2、NDPK/nm2 3和p16蛋白阳性表达率分别为 33%、33%、17% ,无淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为 82 %、77%、6 8% ,两者差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　bcl 2、NDPK/nm2 3和p16蛋白的表达特征可以反映胰腺癌的生物学行为和预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective[WT5”BZ] To study the expressions of bcl-2,NDPK/nm23 and p16 protein in pancreatic carcinoma and their significance.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] The expressions of bcl-2,NDPK/nm23 and p16 protein were detected in 34 cases of pancreatic carcinoma by immunohistochemistry technique (SABC method).[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ] The positive rates of bcl-2, NDPK/nm23, p16 protein were 65%(22/34), 61%(21/34) and 50%(17/34) respectively in thirty four cases of pancreatic carcinoma. The expressions of them correlate well with their clinical stage and degree of pathologic differentiation ( P <0 05).[WT5”HZ]Conclusions[WT5”BZ] The expressions of bcl-2, NDPK/nm23 and p16 protein may reflect the biological behaviour and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma.
