【摘要】 目的　探讨回肠储粪袋 肛管吻合在全直肠结肠切除中的应用及效果。方法　回顾性总结 1980～ 1998年进行的 15例全结肠直肠切除、回肠储粪袋 肛管吻合患者。其中溃疡性结肠炎患者 9例 ,家族性腺瘤性息肉病患者 6例。结果　“S”形储粪袋 10例 ,“J”形储粪袋 5例 ,无死亡病例。手术后发生粘连性肠梗阻 4例、伤口感染 2例、储粪袋瘘 1例、肛瘘 1例。随访 12例 ,随访时间 1～ 14年。排便次数的中位数为 5次 / 2 4h(4～ 10次 / 2 4h)。排尿和性功能无影响。结论　回肠储粪袋 肛管吻合手术的初步结果基本满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective[WT5”BZ] To evaluate the result of ileal pouch anal anastomosis in the total proctocolectomy.[WT5”HZ] Methods[WT5”BZ] Fifteen cases of total proctocolectomy and ileal pouch anal anastomosis were retrospectively reviewed in our department from 1980 to 1998. Nine cases were of ulcerative colitis, 6 cases were of familial adenomatous polyposis. [WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The ileal pouches were constructed in ten cases as S type and five cases as J type. There was not mortality. Adhesive ileus occurred in four cases and incision infection in two cases. Leakage of pouch and anus fistula developed in one each. Twelve patients were followed up from one year to fourteen years. The median bowel movement was five times per 24 hours (four times to 10 times per 24 hours). There was no disturbance of urinary and sexual function.[WT5”HZ] Conclusion[WT5”BZ] The preliminary result of ileal pouch anal anastomosis appeared to be satisfactory. [WT5”HZ]更多还原
