【摘要】 目的　研究基质金属蛋白酶 7在胃癌组织和转移淋巴结中的表达及其与胃癌浸润转移和分期的关系。方法　用RT PCR半定量的方法检测MMP 7基因mRNA在 3 0例胃癌组织及其相应正常粘膜和转移淋巴结中的表达。结果　本组 2 6例 (2 6/3 0 ,87% )胃癌组织和 12例 (12 /13 ,92 % )转移淋巴结中 ,MMP 7基因的mRNA表达比相应的正常组织增高。MMP 7基因在胃癌组织中表达的高低与胃癌TNM分期相关 (P <0 0 1) ,与肿瘤浸润深度呈正相关 (r=0 5 2 ,P <0 0 1)。结论　MMP 7基因mRNA的高表达与胃癌的浸润深度和临床分期相关 ,可能成为胃癌恶性行为的生物学标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the overexpression of matrix metalloproteinase 7 (MMP 7) mRNA in gastric carcinoma,and metastatic lymph node, and the relationship between its expression and the infiltration and the stage of the cancer.Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) was used to detect the expression of MMP 7 mRNA in cancer tissue,normal mucosa,and metastatic lymph node in fresh specimens of 30 patients. Results The expression levels of MMP 7 mRNA of the tumor was greater than that of the mucosa in 87% (26/30) cases and the expression in metastatic lymphaden was greater than that in corresponding mucosa in 92% (12/13) cases . The expression level correlated to clinical pathologic classification and invasive depth. Conclusion These findings suggest that the overexpression of MMP 7 in gastric carcinoma was correlated to tumor invasion and TNM classification, in addition, MMP 7 may prove to be a useful marker for determining the biological aggressiveness of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
