【Abstract】 The inclusion compound of oxaprozin-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) was prepared by aqueous solution-stirring method. The IR absorption spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry confirmed the successful formation of the inclusion compound. The analysis showed that the molecular ratio of oxaprozin to HP-β-CD was 1: 1.The solubility of oxaprozin was increased from 0.018 mg/ml to 2.599 mg/ml after the drug was included in HP-β-CD.\;更多还原
