药品中残留钯的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定

【摘要】 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定药品中残留的钯。检测波长 34 0 .45 8nm,平均回收率为 97.2 % ,RSD为 3.5 % ,最低检出限为 0 .0 4μg/ ml,本方法干扰少 ,操作简便快速。

【Abstract】 Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was employed for determination of residual palladium in medicine. The detective wavelength was 340.458 nm. The average recovery was 97.2%, the RSD was 3.5%, and the limit of detection was 0.04 μg/ml. This method was of less interference and simple to operate.
