化橘红多糖铁(Ⅲ)配合物的合成、理化性质及表面结构的研究
Synthesis, Property and Structure of Iron(Ⅲ)-Exocarpium Citri Grandis Polysaccharide Complex
【摘要】 以化橘红中提取的多糖和三氯化铁合成化橘红多糖铁 ( )配合物 (IEC) ,并对其理化性质和表面结构进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,该配合物是以铁核β- Fe OOH为核心、多糖在其表面配合而成的表面配合物 ;它在生理 p H下全溶 ,不水解 ,不沉淀 ,有望成为生物利用度较好的补铁剂。
【Abstract】 A new iron(Ⅲ) exocarpium Citri grandis polysaccharide complex (IEC) was synthesized using FeCl 3 and exocarpium Citri grandis polysaccharide at pH7~8. The results of infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy showed that the structure of IEC was an interfacial complex. The particles consisted of an electron dense β FeOOH nucleus surrounded by an electron lucent layer of polysaccharide. As the complex is stable, without precipitation and dissociation at the physiological pH, IEC would be expected to be an iron supplementary agent for its higher bioavailability.\;
