润湿粘合剂对小丸制备的影响
Effect of Moistening and Binding Agents on Pellets Preparation
【摘要】 以挤出滚圆法和干粉包敷法分别制备萘普生小丸和氯化钾小丸 ,探讨了水、乙醇 -水混合液、HPMC溶液作润湿粘合剂的特点。
【Abstract】 Naproxen pellets and potassium chloride pellets were prepared by both methods of extrusion spheronization and powder layering. The characteristics of the moistening and binding agents such as water, ethanol water mixture and HPMC solution were discussed.\;
