【摘要】 选用水浸应激性胃溃疡小鼠、乙醇或乙酸所致胃溃疡大鼠,研究泮托拉唑钠口服给药对胃酸分泌及胃蛋白酶活性的影响。当泮托拉唑钠剂量为2、6、20mg/kg时对水浸应激性胃溃疡小鼠具有明显的保护作用。剂量为1、3、10mg/kg时对乙醇或乙酸所致大鼠胃溃疡显示显著的拮抗作用和良好的治疗作用,泮托拉唑钠且有抑制胃酸分泌以及降低胃蛋白酶活性的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pantoprazole sodium (2,6,20 mg/kg) exhibited significant protective effect against gastric ulcer induced by water immersion stress in mice, a dose of 1,3,10 mg/kg showed significant antagonism and good therapeutic effect for the gastric ulcer induced by alcohol or acetic acid in rats.
