【Abstract】 A RP HPLC method was used for the determination of estriol suppositories, using methanol water(50∶50) as mobile phase and chloramphenicol as internal standard. Detection wavelength was 280 nm. The average recovery of estriol was 101.5% with RSD of 1.78%.更多还原
