【摘要】 目的　探索使用在颌面、颈部均不留下明显瘢痕 ,用以治疗耳廓部分缺损等畸形的术式。方法　用耳后乳突区皮瓣整复耳廓部分缺损及其它类型的畸形。结果　 2 4例术后医患双方均表示满意 ,无任何手术并发症发生。结论　耳后乳突区皮瓣可广泛用于耳廓多种类型畸形的整复 ,尤其对于有外耳全层组织缺损者 ,是一种行之有效的手术方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out a new method of operation to treat the partly defected external ear and related deformities, without leaving clear scar at maxillofacial and neck after operation. Methods Using ear back and mastoid skin flap to repair the external ear defected and relateld deformities. Results Either doctors or patients are satisfied after the operation of 24 cases. and no complication happened. Conclusion This effective way of operation can be widely applied in many types of external ear deformities restoration, especially for the patients who have full thickness defect of external ear.更多还原
