【摘要】 目的　介绍 2 4例国产羟基磷灰石义眼座眶内二期置入 19例的随访结果。方法　采用国产羟基磷灰石义眼座于二期置入无眼球的眼窝。结果　完成 2 4例 ,术后随访 19例 ,时间 6～ 41个月 ,效果良好。其中 2例出现球体外露 ,1例经修补另 1例经结膜囊缩窄扩展手术后愈合满意。结论　羟基磷灰石义眼座是无眼球眶内二期置入的较理想材料 ,配合综合整形术、提高手术技巧是保证效果良好的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Reporting the followup results of orbital reconstruction with implantation of homemade hydroxyapatite artificial eye pedestal for 24 patients with previous eyeball injuries.Methods A homemade hydroxyapatite artificial eye pedestal was implanted into the eye socket without eyeball in every patient. Results Twenty-four patients received the operation, and 19 of them were followed up for 6～41 months. The orbital reconstruction was successful in most patients. The exposure of implanted artificial eye pedestal only occurred in 2 patients, but after an extending operation of constricted eye socket for one patient and a local repair for another the healing was satisfactory. Conclusion Homemade hydroxyapatite artificial eye pedestal is anideal material for artificial eye pedestal patients without eyeball because of previous eye injury. The operative skill and a comprehensive plastic consideration are the important factors in relation to the effects of the implantation operation.更多还原
