【摘要】 目的　改进颞部的分离层次 ,增强手术效果 ,减少并发症。方法　颞部首先在颞深筋膜浅层的深面分离 ,出发际后改在皮下层分离 ,形成阶梯状分离平面。结果　行面部除皱术 3 3例 ,颞区均采用阶梯状分离技术 ,随访效果满意。结论　此种改进手术安全可靠 ,对防止毛囊损伤及术后秃发、伤口减张、牢固持久地提拉眼眉外眼角等都有明显效果 ,是对传统分离方法的改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To modify dissection plane in brow forehead lift for getting a more reasoned and safer procedure, decrease complication.Method Temporal flap dissection undersurface the superficial layer of deep temporal fascia first, then subcutaneously beyond hairline in temporal area, forming a step by step dissection plane.Result Since 1994 33 cases rhytidectomy had been performed with step by step dissection and had a good result.Conclusion New dissection plane is safe to temporal nerve, help minimize hair follicles damage and temporal alopecia, there is minimal tension on scalp closure, so getting a good and long term effect of browforehead lift.更多还原
