【摘要】 目的　探索适合于中国人的面部除皱术。方法　根据国人的面部结构特征、审美观点及与手术有关的体质特点 ,对面部除皱术的手术切口、皮瓣的应用原则进行了改进 ,并配合应用面部辅助手术。结果　自 1995年～ 1997年共行面部除皱术 46例 ,年龄 3 8～ 65岁 ,随访时间 2～ 2 1个月。除 1例术后并发皮下血肿外 ,余均获得满意效果。结论　适合于中国人的面部除皱术必须保持其面部结构特征。本文介绍的手术设计和手术方法强化了手术效果 ,突出了面部“S”形曲线美。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate facelift surgery which is suitable for Chinese.Method Based on the facial structure and viewpoint of aesthetics and physical characteristics in Chinese, a series of improvement was made in the arrangement of incision, flaps of skin and SMAS.A number of assistant procedures were used in facelift surgery. Results From 1995～1997, the surgery was performed for 46 cases(42 female, 4 male) aged from 38～ 65 . Follow up was from 2 to 21 months. All cases obtained satisfactory results, except one case who was complicated by a hematoma.Conclusion A successful facelift surgery which is suitable for Chinese must maintain or restore specific Chinese features. The design of the incision and method of the procedure enhance the surgical results. Assistant plastic surgeries remodel facial contour of “S”line for Chinese.更多还原
