【摘要】 目的　探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物 (uPA)及其特异受体 (uPA R)与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为之间的关系。　方法　应用免疫组织化学方法检测 5 1例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中uPA及uPA R蛋白水平的表达。　结果　随膀胱移行细胞癌分级、分期的增高和转移的出现 ,uPA和uPA R表达明显增高 (P值分别 <0 0 1,0 0 5 ,0 0 1)。　结论　uPA及uPA R的阳性表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的浸润和转移能力增强有关 ,且在肿瘤细胞浸润和转移过程中有协同和相互调节的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the urokinase type plasminogen activator (uPA) and uPA receptor (uPA R) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods Expressions of uPA and uPA R were stu died by means of immunocytochemistry in 51 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and in 10 normal bladder mucosa as controls. Results uPA and uPA R were both negative in normal bladder mucosa.Whereas,both the expressions were noted in the carcinoma tissues and their levels were intimately correlated to the grade,stage and metastasis of the tumor ( P <0.01,0.05,0.01 respectively). Conclusions Over expression of uPA and uPA R was significantly correlated to bladder cancer invasion and metastasis.更多还原
