【摘要】 目的　了解鱼油在尿石形成中的作用。　方法　６０ 只大鼠随机分４ 组，饮用１ ％ 乙二醇（ＥＧ）水，同时喂饲不同剂量的鱼油。４ 周后检测各组大鼠肾功能、草酸钙结晶、２４ 小时尿钙和尿草酸。　结果　加服鱼油组鼠肾积水、组织水肿减轻，肾组织内草酸钙结晶数及含钙量明显减少，２４ 小时尿钙排出减少；尿尿素氮、肌酐排出明显增加，而血中尿素氮、肌酐浓度显著低于成石组。　结论　鱼油能抑制实验性高草酸尿症大鼠体内草酸钙结晶形成，减少尿钙排出，减轻肾脏损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of fish oil on calcium oxalate kidney stone formation. Methods Calcium oxalate urolithiasis was induced by 1% ethylene glycol (EG) in rats which were divided into 4 groups:(A) the control group,(B) the EG group,(C) the EG+low dose fish oil group and (D) the EG+high dose fish oil group.At the end of 4 weeks,all the animals were sacrificed and the calcium oxalate crystalization,the renal tissue calcium,the urinary calcium were detected. Results In the rats of fish oil treated (C) and (D) groups,the hydronephrosis and parenchymal swelling were obviously slight as compared with (B) group rats.Calcium oxalate crystalization,renal tissue calcium,uinary calcium excretion,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were also significantly lower in the fish oil treated rats.No significant changes in oxalate excretion and calcium/magnesium ratio were observed. Conclusions Fish oil seems to have a distinct impact on calcium crystalization and prevention of kidney damage.更多还原
