【摘要】 目的　探讨抑郁症患者血脂水平及其临床意义。方法　采用酶法及免疫比浊法检测6 6例抑郁症和 36名健康对照者的血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白AI(apoAI)和载脂蛋白B(apoB)水平 ,并比较其中内源性抑郁患者 (34例 )与非内源性抑郁患者 (32例 )、有自杀行为者 (2 5例 )与无自杀行为者 (4 1例 )的血脂水平。结果　与对照组比较 ,抑郁症组血清TC[(4 2± 0 9)mmol]、HDL C[(1 0 1± 0 2 4)mmol/L]均低于对照组 [(4 8± 0 8)mmol,(1 2 8± 0 31)mmol/L],差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;但与疾病的严重程度相关关系无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。内源性抑郁症组血清TC[(4 0± 0 8)mmol/L]、apoAI[(1 33± 0 11)g/L]、apoB[(0 6 8± 0 11)g/L]均低于非内源性抑郁症组 [(4 5± 0 9)mmol/L ,(1 43± 0 13)g/L ,(0 80± 0 2 2 )g/L],差异有显著性或非常显著性 (P <0 0 5或 <0 0 1) ]。自杀行为组血清TC[(3 8±0 8)mmol/L]、LDL C[(2 3± 0 8)mmol/L]、apoB[(0 6 4± 0 14)g/L]均低于非自杀行为组 [(4 5± 0 8)mmol/L ,(2 9± 0 8)mmol/L ,(0 79± 0 18)g/L],差异有显著性或非常显著性 (P <0 0 5或 <0 0 1) ]。结论更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between blood lipid parameters and depression or suicide Methods Serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C),apolipoprotein AI(apoAI) and apolipoprotein B (apoB) were measured in 66 patients with depressive disorder and 36 healthy controls using enzymatic methods and transmission immunoturdidimetry Results Serum TC and HDL C levels were significantly lower in patients with depression than in healthy controls There were no significant correlation between the blood lipid parameters and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) scores Serum TC, apoAI and apoB levels were significantly lower in patients with melancholia than in those without melancholia Serum TC, LDL C and apoB levels were significantly lower in depressive patients with suicidal behavior than in those without such suicidal behavior Conclusions These results suggest that depression is accompanied by lower serum levels of HDL C and TC, and lower serum TC level may be associated with suicidal behavior更多还原
