【摘要】 目的　观察年龄对脑卒中偏瘫患者早期主动性康复治疗的影响。方法　选择符合研究条件的脑卒中患者 85例 ,按年龄分成 40～、5 0～、6 0～、70～ 80岁组等 4组 ,比较康复治疗 2 8d后各组间残损(FMA)和残疾 (FIM )的积分。结果　康复治疗后各组的FMA上下肢评分和FIM评分结果间差异均无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　年龄本身对脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期主动性康复治疗的效果无明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of age on early rehabilitation of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Eighty five stroke patients meeting the criteria were selected in a hospital. These patients were divided into 4 groups by age, ie,40～,50～,60～,70～80 group. Outcomes were compared among the groups at 28 d after onset. Results There were no significant differences between outcomes FMA, and FIM of 4 groups (P> 0.05 ).Conclusions Age itself does not significantly affect the effectiveness of early rehabilitation of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia.更多还原
