【摘要】 目的　研究脑中风后单侧空间忽略的发病情况及有关因素。方法　自 1998年 3月至 1999年 3月 ,对入住我院康复科及神经内科的全部脑中风患者进行评价 ,去除意识障碍、感觉性失语及不合作者 ,进入研究者共 138例。评测内容包括 :患者一般资料 ;单侧空间忽略评测。采用方法为①删除试验 ;②二等分线试验 ;③数字消去法 ;④临摹试验。对评测结果与相关因素的关系进行了分析比较。结果　 138例脑中风患者发生单侧空间忽略者 5 5例 ,占 39.85 %。左半球发生率为 2 9.10 % (16 /5 5 ) ,右半球发生率为46 .9% (39/83) ,二者差异有显著性意义 (χ2 =4.5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。脑中风后单侧空间忽略的发生与患者的性别、年龄、职业、病变性质、有无伴发病、病程、上下肢的运动功能及日常生活活动能力无关 ;与患者的文化程度、智力水平、病变所在的侧别及部位有关。结论　单侧空间忽略在脑中风后发生率高达 39.9% ,且多发生在右半球 ,以顶叶和丘脑多见。单侧空间忽略患者多伴有智力障碍更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study occurring and influence factors of unilateral spatial neglect(USN) after stroke. Methods 138 patients with stroke stayed in rehabilitation depaterment and neurological department were evaluated, except patients of unconsciousness,Wernick’s aphasia and uncooperation. The contents of evaluation include:general data of patients;evaluation of USN.The methods are ① cancellation test;② line bisection test;③ digit deleting;④copying drawing. Analysis was made on the determinations and relative factors.Results 55 cases 39.85 % of USN were found in 138 patients with stroke. Incidence of left hemisphere was 29.10 %(16/55), right hemisphere 46.9 %(39/83). There was a significant difference(P< 0.05 ). USN occurence of had no relation to sex, age, occupation, pathological nature, complication, course of disease, motion function of upper and lower limbs, and activities of daily living, but had relation to cultural level, intelligence, left or right hemisphere and place of focus. Conclusion Incidence of USN after stroke amounts to 39.9 %, and most occurs in terminal leaf and cerebral ganglion of right hemisphere. USN often complicates with lower of intelligence.更多还原
