50kHz方波脉冲电流与直流电药物离子导入的比较
Comparison of drug-iontophoresis between 50 kHz square wave pulsed current and direct current therapy
【摘要】 目的 研制 5 0kHz方波脉冲电疗仪 ,以建立新型药物离子导入系统。方法 采用5 0kHz方波脉冲电流 ,体外测定双氯灭痛钠药物凝胶透皮速率和累积渗透量 ,测定人体皮肤阻抗 ,观察对疼痛性疾病的镇痛作用和治疗时的电流密度 ,以直流电作对照。结果 5 0kHz方波脉冲电流与直流电在相同电流密度时 ,药物的透皮速率和累积渗透量差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但人体局部皮肤阻抗值分别为 ( 6 .70± 3 .74)kΩ ,( 14.2 5± 6 .2 1)kΩ ,(P <0 .0 1) ,电流密度 (P <0 .0 1) ,镇痛作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,均显示差异有非常显著性。结论 5 0kHz方波脉冲电流可以取代传统的直流电进行离子导入 ,为药物经皮吸收提供了良好的运载电流
【Abstract】 Objective In order to develop an electrotherapy apparatus with 50 kHz square wave pulse and to set up a new type of drug-iontophoresis system.Methods The percutaneous speed and accumulative permeability amount of diclofenace sodium gel were determined extracorporeally.At the same time,the human skin impedance,current density and analgesic effect were also observed.Comparison was made in both electrotherapies.Results Under the identical current density,there was no significant difference in drug percutaneous speed and its accumulative amount between both electrotherapies(P>0.05).But the human skin impedance,current density and analgesic effect had an obvious difference in both groups (P<0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that 50 kHz square wave pulsed current can replace the traditional iontophoresis by direct current.It provides a better carrier for drug-iontophoresis.
