【摘要】 目的　研究脑卒中后偏瘫患者使用单拐或四脚拐对其站立位平衡能力的影响。　方法2 6名脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为受试者 ,分别对其独立站立、使用单拐站立及使用四脚拐站立三种状态进行平衡能力定量测定。结果　无论使用单拐或者使用四脚拐均能明显减少重心移动占据面积 ,缩短重心移动路径总长 ,降低平均摆动速度 ,减少X轴及Y轴最大摆幅 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;使用四脚拐与使用单拐相比能够使上述参数进一步减小 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　使用单拐或四脚拐均能改善偏瘫患者站立位平衡能力 ;使用四脚拐与使用单拐相比 ,对平衡能力的改善更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of single-footed and four-footed canes on the standing balance of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 26 cases with hemiplegia were used as subjects and evaluated under three supporting conditions:1.without a cane,2.with single-footed cane,3.with a four-footed canes.Static posturography of all patients was measured with ST-939 force platform.Results Trace surface,trace length,mean velosity of body sway and maximum sway(in X-axis,Y-axis) were significantly lower when the patients stood with single-footed or four-footed canes than the patients stood without one(P<0.01).The value of these parameters with a four-footed canes was significantly lower than that with a single-footed cane (P<0.01).Conclusion It is confirmed that the hemiplegia patients using the single-footed cane or four-footed canes can improve the standing balance,especially in use of four-footed canes.更多还原
