【摘要】 目的　探讨HSP71在抗癌药物足叶乙甙 (etoposide ,VP 16 )导致的成人肝细胞 (L 0 2 )凋亡中的作用。方法　采用Westernblot、流式细胞术等方法。结果　L 0 2细胞在热应激处理后HSP71表达增加 ,且与温度、受热时间及恢复时间有关。接受预热应激 (41℃ 1h ,37℃ 2h)的细胞经 5 0 μg/ml和10 0 μg/mlVP 16处理 4h后细胞凋亡百分比为 4.99%和 9.5 5 % ,较未受热应激组 (8.72 %和 17.86 % )明显降低。结论　HSP71对VP 16导致的L 0 2细胞凋亡有一定抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of heat stress protein 71 (HSP71) in the apoptosis of adult hepatocyte L 02 induced by the antitumor drug etoposide.Methods Western blot and flow cytometry were used.Results HSP71 increased after heat stress,and the level of HSP71 was related to the temperature,heat stress time and recovery time.The preheated(41 ℃1 h,37 ℃2 h) cell groups had a lower percentage(4.99% and 9.55%) of apoptosis than the control groups(8.72% and 17.86%) after exposure to 50 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml etoposide for 4 h.Conclusion The apoptosis of L 02 induced by etoposide could be inhibited by the increased HSP71 to a certain degree.更多还原
