【摘要】 目的　了解丙烯腈 (ACN)对作业工人的慢性损害。方法　收集接触ACN作业工人1998年健康体检表 ,上海某地区不接触ACN及其他毒物的某大学的教师、行政、科研人员 1998年高校健康体检表 ,对其疾病谱进行筛选、统计和分析。结果　ACN对人体健康的慢性损害 ,主要是消化系统 ,尤其是肝脏损害 ,职业接触ACN 2 0年以上肝脏患病率最高 (12 .5 % ) ,在ACN接触人群中其患病率随工龄增大有增高的趋势 ;ACN对人体循环系统也有慢性、蓄积性损害。结论　ACN对人体消化系统、循环系统 ,尤其对肝脏有慢性损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence rate in workers exposed to acrylonitrile(ACN).Methods The health examination registration forms of 1121 workers exposed to ACN and 489 workers not exposed to any poisons were selected.Exposure group included 888 male 233 female,and control group included 290 male and 199 female.All of the forms were registered in 1998.According to the standard of disease categories ICD-9,the data was analyzed.Result The chronic effect of ACN on workers was mainly digestive system disease,especially hepatic disease.The prevalence rate of hepatic disease was the highest(12.5%) in workers exposed to ACN over 20 years.With advancing of exposure time,the prevalence rate of chronic diseases were tending to increase.ACN also could induce chronic and accumulative toxicity to circulatory system.Conclusion There was chronic harmful effect of ACN on digestive and circulatory system especially on liver of workers.更多还原
