【摘要】 目的观察生脉注射液治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效、方法符合难治性心力衰竭诊断标准的住院患者96例，随机分为生脉注射液治疗观察组与常规治疗对照组，各48例，两组除治疗原发病外，给予洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张剂，10天为一疗程。观察组在时照组基础上，每日加用生脉注射液40ml＋5％葡萄糖250ml静脉滴注。结果观察组总有效率为89．5％（43／48）．对照组总有效率为70．8％（34／48），两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论生脉注射液是治疗难治性心力衰竭有效药物之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Shenmal injection for the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods 96 in-patients,who corresponded to the standard of refractory heart fallure,were randomly allocated into the treatment group and the control group of 48 cases respectively. Both groups were given digitalis,diuetic and vasodilator with 10 days as a treatment course. The treatment group were given additional 250ml of glucose solution plus Shenmai injection 40ml,qd. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 89. 5 %,while that of the control group was 70. 8% with significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion Shenmai injection is an effective option forthe treatment of refractory heart failure.更多还原
