【摘要】 目的　评价电刺激疗法 (Es)、直流电维生素B1、B12 离子导入疗法 (Io)以及电刺激 +维生素离子导入疗法 (Es+Io)对面神经损伤的治疗效果。方法　对 5 0只家兔造成单侧面神经损伤动物模型 ,分别给予上述方法治疗。进行组织学观察、神经电图 (ENoG)测定、计量病理学研究。结果　Es及Io均可促进损伤神经再生 ,Es对轴突生长作用明显 ;Io对促进髓鞘再生作用显著 ;二者合用 ,综合疗效最好。结论　Es或Io对神经恢复均有促进作用 ,其作用途径不同 ,二者联合应用 ,损伤神经整体恢复效果更佳更多还原
