【摘要】 目的　观察溃疡病人对医嘱的顺从性状况 ,以及行为干预对医嘱顺从性及其疗效的影响。方法　采用同时性、前瞻性方法 ,调查溃疡病 11983例 ,了解不同年龄、职业、文化背景及地域对医嘱的顺从性 ,并在给予行为干预后 ,观察病人医嘱顺从性的改变及其对疾病转归的影响。结果　溃疡病病人对医嘱的顺从率为 47.1% ;对医嘱顺从者的溃疡治愈率为 97.4% ,而不顺从者的治愈率仅为 5 8.8% ,医嘱的顺从性对疗效影响显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;行为干预后病人的顺从性及疗效无明显提高 ;溃疡病的年发病率约为 0 .81‰ ,男女之比为 3.6∶1,高峰年龄为 30～ 49岁 ,十二指肠球部溃疡与胃溃疡之比为 1.9∶1,幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)阳性率为 73.8%。 结论　医嘱的顺从性对疗效有显著影响。本调查同时获得了大量有关国人医嘱顺从性资料和溃疡病的临床统计学资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe patients’ compliance to doctors’ orders, and its influence on the cure rate of peptic ulcer.Methods A prospective investigation was performed for patients’ compliance and clinical data in 11983 cases of peptic ulcer with varied ages, occupations, cultural backgrounds, and geographical regions. During the study, these patients were grouped according to different behavioral interventions.Results The compliance rate of the ulcer patients was 47.1%. The cure rate for those with good compliance was 97.4%, while that for noncompliant patients only 58.8%. Compliance with doctors’ orders exerted a significant influence on the curative effect. There was no significant improvement on the compliance and cure rates after behavioral interventions. The annual incidence for ulcers was about 0.81‰ with a ratis of male to female 3.6 ∶1, and the peak age was 30～49 years old. The ratio of duodenal ulcer to gastric ulcer was 1.9 ∶1, and 73.8% were H.pylori positive.Conclusion Compliance to doctors’ orders has significant influence on the curative effect.更多还原
