汉丹肝乐对猪血清免疫性肝纤维化大鼠胶原酶活性的影响

【摘要】 目的研究猪血清免疫性肝纤维化的胶原酶活性变化及汉丹肝乐对其的影响。方法用猪血清腹腔内注射复制免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型,以汉丹肝乐为治疗组,秋水仙碱作为对照给药,第12周处死动物测定肝胶原酶活性,肝胶原纤维染色半定量,肝胶原蛋白含量。结果汉丹肝乐能增加胶原酶活性(μ g/ml)高剂量组为 3.93、模型组为2.34。降低肝内胶原纤维及胶原蛋白的含量[每克干肝(mg)高剂量组为2545、模型组为52.25],高剂量组疗效最佳,明显优于秋水仙碱。结论汉丹肝乐能有效增加胶原酶活性,促进胶原降解,抗肝纤维化。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of collagenase activity in immune hepatic fibrosis following pig’s serum injection and the therapeutic effect of HanDanGanLe. Methods Pig’s serum was injected intraperitoneally to Wistar rats to duplicate the hepatic fibrosis model due to immunologic injury. HanDanGanLe was used as therapeutic medi- cine and colchicine as control. The animals were killed at 12~th week to detect hepatic collagenase activity, the staining semiquantity of hepatic collagenous fibre, and the content of hepatic collagen. Results HanDanGanLe can increase colla- genase activity, decrease the content of collagenous fibre and collagen in the liver. The beneficial effect achieved in HanD anGanLe- treatment group e specially in hi gb -dose group in comparison to colchicine-treatment group. Conclusion HanDanGanLe can effectively increase collagenase activity, improve collagen degradation, and abate hepatic fibrosis.
