【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童管型肠重复畸形的影像特征。方法　研究分析 6例经手术病理证实的儿童管型肠重复畸形的CT、超声及胃肠造影 (GI)资料。结果　肠重复畸形囊肿CT检查 5例均表现为单房、厚壁囊性肿块 ,囊壁可见“晕轮征” ,其中 2例与肠管交通者可见囊内含气征。囊肿均呈肠管状或“∪”形走向。B超表现与CT所见类似 :6例均呈囊性、长管状 ,类似内充液体的扩张肠管 ,管(囊 )壁可见“双环圈征” ,其中 2例部分囊壁局限性增厚。囊壁蠕动收缩征 4例。胃肠造影检查 3例 :1例重复囊腔充钡显示 ,内壁黏膜呈“鹅卵石”样改变 ,2例阴性。结论　超声、CT的特征性征象可为肠重复畸形术前提供可靠准确的诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CT and ultrasonographic characteristics of enteric duplication tubular cyst. Methods CT and ultrasonography(US)of 6 cases with enteric duplication tubular cyst were analyzed.CT scanning was performed in 5 cases,US in 6 cases and GI in 3 cases. Results CT revealed cystic lesions with“soft tissue rim sign”, contiguous to a segment of normal bowel( n =5),in which 2 cases demonstrated gas bubbles. The appearance of US was quite similar to CT. There was an anechoic fluid filled lumen with a double layered surrounding wall (double wall sign)( n =6),in which 4 cases revealed peristalsis sign.In 1 case GI demonstrated barium filled cystic tubular dilatation with “cobblestone” patten of mucosa. Conclusion The characteristic CT and US manfestations were highly diagnostic of enteric duplication tubular cyst.更多还原
