视神经、眼运动神经和后组颅神经的MRI与解剖学对照研究
MR imaging of optic nerves, ophthalmic motion nerves and posterior group of cranial nerves: imaging anatomic study
【摘要】 目的 通过MRI与解剖学对照研究 ,探讨视神经、眼运动神经和后组颅神经MRI的表现和限度 ,摸索其各对神经常规MR检查的方法。方法 15例健康志愿者和 4例头颅标本分别于0 5TMR扫描仪上行MR检查。扫描平面除常规平面 ,还包括特定的斜平面。扫描序列包括SET1WI、快速自旋回波 (FSE)T2 WI、射频稳态傅立叶采集 (radio frequencyFourieracquiredsteady state,RF FAST)和短反转时间反转恢复 (shorttauinversionrecovery ,STIR)序列。MR检查结果与解剖标本相对照。结果 除视神经常规显示外 ,动眼神经在横断面和正中矢状面的显示率分别为 12 / 15 ,8/ 15。在横断面 ,外展神经显示率为 2 / 15 ,舌咽、迷走、副神经复合体为 13/ 15 ,舌下神经为 14/ 15 ,滑车神经不能分辨。恰当的斜平面上可以更完整地显示神经的走行。RF FAST可进行多层重建等后处理 ,其原始图像与重建图像对神经的显示无显著性差异 (t=0 45 5 ,P >0 0 5 )。结论 MRI是颅神经影像学检查的首选方法。RF FAST可进行多层重建等后处理 ,有助于颅神经的检查
【Abstract】 Objective Based on comparison between MR imaging and anatomy, to investigate the MR findings and limitations of CNⅡ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ、Ⅺand Ⅻ,and work out the routine MR protocols for these cranial nerves Methods 15 healthy volunteers and 4 formalin fixed cadaveric heads underwent MR on a 0 5 T MR unit Besides routine planes, the scanning planes also included specified oblique planes The scanning sequences included SE T 1WI, FSE T 2WI, radio frequency Fourier acquired steady state(RF FAST)and short tau inversion recovery(STIR) MR imagings were compared with the results of dissection Results Besides CNⅡ, the display ratio of CNⅢ on axial and mid sagittal section is 12/15 and 8/15 separately On axial section, the display ratio of CNⅥ is 2/15, CNⅨ、Ⅹ、Ⅺ complex is 13/15, CNⅫ is 14/15 CNⅣ can′t be distinguished Besides the routine planes, the cranial nerves could be well revealed on oblique plane RF FAST could perform MPR and be helpful to MR imaging. There is no apparently difference between the original and reconstructive images( t =0 455, P >0 05) Conclusion MR imaging is the method of choice for cranial nerves
