【摘要】 目的　建立CT机影像质量保证检测范围及标准。方法　采用美国RMI461A及463检测体模、美国MDH1015C剂量仪及10X5103CT电离室探头、瑞典UNF9004kVp表等检测设备,针对高对比分辨率等12项性能参数,检测了不同厂家、不同时期生产的104台CT机,包括早期二代CT及新安装的螺旋CT;搜集了13份相关国际和国外标准、学会标准及有关规定,以及国内外87种型号CT机的产品说明书及其他性能参数等资料;在同一台CT机(SiemensHQS)上,对比了RMI、Victoreen、Catphan等3种不同CT检测体模的检测结果;广泛征求有关专家和厂家的意见。结果　根据CT检测结果,借鉴国外相关标准,参考国内有关规定,决定将高对比分辨率、低对比分辨率、噪声、均匀性、CT值、CT剂量指数、层厚、定位光、诊断床定位精度及扫描架倾角等列为检测项目,规定了CT验收检测、状态检测和稳定性检测的具体检测项目及指标,其中稳定性检测项目、指标与国际电工委员会(IEC)的国际标准相同,状态检测指标低于验收检测,低对比分辨率、均匀性、诊断床定位精度、定位光精度的验收检测指标作了比国外更为严格的规定。结论　该规范适合国情,与国际标准接轨,具有科学性和可行性,有利于CT机影像质量保证工作的进行。更多还原
