儿童青少年双眼跳跃功能的发展特性
Development characters of both eyes saccade function in children
【摘要】 目的 了解儿童双眼视觉诱导性眼跳跃 (VGS)和记忆诱导性眼跳跃 (MGS)随年龄发展的特性。方法 采用组合式眼动仪附加多视角定位测试法 ,对 5~ 19岁健康男性儿童青少年按年龄分为 8组 ,每组 8人进行双眼跳跃功能测定。二极管红色闪烁点 (LED)定位于中央点、水平方向、垂直方向和斜方向 ,各方向视角分别有 5、10、15、2 0、30、40度 6个点 ,共计 49个闪烁点 ,指标包括潜伏期、振幅准确率以及最大角速度。结果 VGS和MGS潜伏期均随年龄增长而缩短 ,5~ 13岁儿童期VGS潜伏期在 2 0 0~ 40 0ms范围内 ,15~ 19岁以后稳定于 2 0 0ms;MGS潜伏期 9岁以下平均为 46 1ms,11~15岁为 381ms ,17~ 19岁为 2 72ms。VGS和MGS振幅准确度均随年龄而呈递增趋势 ,MGS更加明显。VGS和MGS最大角速度亦随年龄增长而呈缩短趋势 ,表明随年龄递增 ,眼动稳定性增强 ,振幅准确率提高 ;比较而言 ,MGS较VGS发展特性与年龄相关更密切 ,提示MGS与阅读时的眼动和大脑基底核功能相关 ,可作为临床检测指标。结论 儿童双眼跳跃功能随年龄增长而提高 ,阅读时的双眼跳跃主要受MGS作用影响。
【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the author is to explore the developmental characteristics of both eyes visually guided saccade (VGS) and memory guided saccade (MGS) in children. Methods Combining the electro-oculography with the multiple visual angles oriented test, the authors measured the latency, accuracy of amplitude and peak velocity in healthy boys aged from 5 to 19. The light of electro-diode (LED) was respectively set up in different directions on the screen from central spot to horizontal, vertical and oblique directions. In each direction six spots were selected by different visual angles (5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 degree) and the total points were 49. Results The latencies of VGS and MGS were shorten with the age increasing. The VGS latency of 5 to 13 years children was within the scope of 200 to 400 ms, of 15 to 19 years was 200 ms. The average MGS latency was 461 ms in children under the age of 9, 381 ms in 11 to 15 years, and 272 ms in 17 to 19 years. The amplitude accuracies of VGS and MGS increased with the growth of children, especially for MGS. The peak velocities of VGS and MGS showed a decrease trend with the age increasing. The study showed that the eye movements became more stable with the age growth of children. The development characteristics were correlated more closely with the age for MGS than VGS. The results showed that MGS correlated with the eye movements of reading and the function of brain fundus nucleus, which might be used as one of the clinical indexes of diagnosing reading disability. Conclusion The both eyes saccade in children could improve with the age growth. The both eyes saccade of reading might be affected mainly by MGS.
