【摘要】 目的　术前对乳腺小肿瘤行超声引导下经皮穿刺着色定位 ,使手术时快速发现小病灶 ,缩短手术时间 ,减少切除范围。方法　对已检出乳腺有小肿瘤待手术的 19例患者 ,在超声实时引导下穿刺 ,用无毒色素1%美蓝和 1%龙胆紫对肿瘤局部着色定位 ,标示肿瘤所在处。结果　 1%美蓝和 1%龙胆紫两种色素比较 ,后者着色性好 ,弥散度小 ,作定位标记较为理想 ,本组 19例均获满意效果。结论　乳腺小肿瘤术前局部着色定位法能在手术中快捷发现病灶 ,可缩短手术时间 ,部分患者可减少切除范围 ,提高手术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the small tumor quickly,shorten the operating time and reduce the resection range by the preoperative local coloring location.Methods Guided by real time ultrasound, a nonpoisonous dye was injected to stain the small breast tumor to indicate the postition of the tumor before the patients underwent an operation.Results Gentian violet was superior to the 1% mephylene blue because of its feature of good coloring and poor diffusion.And the results of using gentian violect as the dye in 19 patients with small breast tumors were satisfactor.Conclusions The preoperative local coloring of small breast tumors enables surgenos to locate the tumor quickly during the operation,shorten the operating time,reduce the resection range in some patients,and increase the curative effects.更多还原
