【摘要】 目的　探讨超声检查对胆道内瘘的诊断价值。方法　用常规B超结合饮水口服胃肠道B超显影剂探测胆道内瘘。回顾分析经手术证实的 9例胆道内瘘的声像图表现。结果　胆道内瘘声像图显示 :胆囊萎缩7例 ,胆囊壁增厚 8例 ,胆道结石 8例 ,胆囊或胆总管与周围组织粘连 9例 ,胆道积气 6例 ,直接显示瘘口 3例。以超声发现瘘口为诊断胆肠内瘘的重要指标 ,以其他间接征像为诊断胆道内瘘参考依据。结论　胆道内瘘的声像图表现有一定特征 ,超声检查可以发现部分胆道内瘘 ,口服胃肠道B超显影剂对内瘘的显示有重要帮助更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of fistula in biliary tract.Methods Nine patients underwent ultrasonic examination after drinking contrast with water to detect the fistula in biliary tract and the results were compared with the sonogram after surgical approve.Results Sonogram of fistula in biliary tract showed 7 gallbladder atrophy, 8 gallstones,8 gallbladder wall thickening, 9 adhesive gallbladder or choledochus with peripheral tissue and 6 biliary pneumatosis . Three patients directly revealed fistula in biliary tract, which was the important index for diagnosing fistula in biliary tract.Conclusions Ultrasound plays an important practical role in the clinical diagnosis.更多还原
