脑干损伤后神经轴突的病理学改变

【摘要】 目的 探讨脑干损伤后神经轴突的病理学改变。 方法  11例尸检案例脑干标本 ,其中颅脑损伤组 6例 ,非颅脑损伤组 5例。常规脱水、石蜡包埋、切片 ,应用荧光免疫组织化学显示神经丝蛋白 ,荧光显微镜和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察神经轴突在脑干损伤后的改变。 结果 正常脑干中的神经轴突粗细较均匀 ,内部结构连续性好 ,立体结构完整。而脑干损伤后 ,神经轴突出现不规则肿胀和断裂 ,起始段神经轴突有扭曲变细、横断及纵裂等改变。 结论 起始段神经轴突在脑干损伤后易发生病理改变。

【Abstract】 Objective [WT5”BZ]To study the pathological changes of axons following brain stem injury. [WT5”HZ] Methods [WT5”BZ]After the staining of the neurofilaments with fluorescent immunohistochemistry, the pathological changes of the axons in injured brain stem were observed under fluorescent microscope and laser scanning confocal microscope. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]In the normal brain stem, the diameter of the axons at different segments was similar. By tomographic scanning and three dimensional reconstruction with laser scanning confocal microscope, it showed that the continuance of the inner structure and the stereoscopic structure of the axons were perfect. While in the injured brain stem, irregular swelling and disconnecting axons could be found. The distortion, transection and diastematia at the initial segment of the axons were also discovered with laser scanning confocal microscope. [WT5”HZ] Conclusions [WT5”BZ]The initial segment of the axons in brain stem is susceptible to injury.
