高纯LaNi5-xAlx合金成分及杂质元素的分析方法

【摘要】 叙述了镧―镍―铝(LaNi5- Alx)合金成分中镍、铝及微量杂 x质元素锌、铁、锰、镁、硅、铜和钙的 ICP-AES 测定方法。样品以 HNO3(1+1)溶解,稀释后直接测定主量元素镍和铝;用基体匹配法补偿基体效应测定其他杂质元素。各元素回收率为 95%~100%,相对标准偏差优于 5%。

【Abstract】 A study of analysis method (ICP-AES) for determination of high content components Ni,Al and impurities Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mn,Mg,Si in LaNi5- Alx alloyx is reported. The sample was dissolved by HNO3 (1+1). After diluted, the high content components Ni and Al were determined directly. The matrix matching method was used to correct the matrix effect, then the impurities were determined with ICP spectrometer. The recovery rate is 95% to 100% and RSD is less than 5%.
