就地破碎浸铀法的技术特性及最佳应用准则

【摘要】 根据近十年就地破碎浸铀法的现场试验与理论研究,总结出该法具有堆高超常规性、堆形不规整性、堆场封闭性及隐蔽性,矿石破碎的一次性,矿石破碎块度及其级配的重要性、防止它对井下污染扩散的必要性等技术特点。为了保证成功应用该法必须慎重考虑这些技术特点,并用“非常有利、有利和不利” 作应用准则,做了较全面的量化研究。这项研究结果对合理选择该法的应用条件,减少推广应用中的盲目性具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 Based on theoretical studies and field tests of in-situ leaching of uranium ore body, it is found that the method has very important technical characteristics that the height of heap is extraordinaryly high, the shape of heap is irregular, the heap site is enclosed and hidden beneath the surface, the ore can only be fragmented for one time, the fragment size and composition are very important, and the measures to prevent underground pollution have to be taken necessarily. These technical characteristics have to be taken into account and comprehensive quantitative studies have to be conducted in accordance with the criteria of whether the application conditions are very favourable, favourable or unfavourable before the decision is made to adopt the in-situ leaching method.
