辐照对棉铃虫精子数量与活力的影响(英文)
Impacts on Transfer of the Sperm of Helicoverpa Armigera
【摘要】 辐照没有影响棉铃虫雄虫复射精管中有核精子束的数量和雌虫精包中有核精子的数量,但影响了有核精子束成熟的过程。与400 Gy辐照棉铃虫雄虫交配后,雌虫受精囊中有核精子的数量与活力显著降低(P <0. 05)。
【Abstract】 Gamma irradiation did not influence the quantity of the eupyrene spermbundles in duplex and that of the eupyrene sperm in spermatophore, but affected thematuring of eupyrene sperm bundles. When males were given sterilizing dose of400 Gy, the quantity and the activity of the eupyrene sperm in the spermatheca werereduced significantly (P<0. 05).
