Zr-4合金基体中Fe,Cr含量的间接测量(英文)
Indirect Measurement of Fe and Cr Contents in Matrix of Zr-4
【摘要】 应用定量金相和理论计算发展了分析 Zr-4 合金α-Zr 基体中Fe,Cr 含量的方法。结果表明,只要能精确测量出 Zr-4 合金中第二相所占的体积分数,则计算出的基体中 Fe,Cr 含量就更准确。在分析的三种不同热处理工艺的 Zr-4 样品种中,具有不同的 Zr(Fe,Cr)2 第二相粒子份额以及不同的基体 Fe,Cr 含量,但其第二相大小相近。此外,基体中 Fe,Cr 含量高的试样具有较好的抗疖状腐蚀能力,认为影响 Zr-4 合金腐蚀行为的主要因素是基体中的 Fe,Cr 固溶体含量,而不是第二相粒子大小。
【Abstract】 A method for analyzing the contents of Fe and Cr in the matrix of Zr-4 specimens has been developed by means of quantitative metallography and calculation in theory. This indirect measuring method was found to be acceptable for determining Fe and Cr contents in the matrix of Zr-4 as long as more exact volume fraction of second phase particles could be measured. The three specimens with different heat treatment history were analyzed. It was found that there were different volume fraction of Zr(Fe, Cr)2 second phase and different Fe and Cr contents in matrix among three specimens, and the similar second phase particle size. And those specimens with the higher Fe and Cr contents in matrix showed a good nodular corrosion resistance. It is also considered that the main factor affecting the corrosion behavior of Zr-4 is the solute contents in matrix rather than the second phase particles size.
