【摘要】 目的 :评价风害损伤对檀香药材质量的影响。方法 :应用气质联用技术 ,薄层层析法及药效学试验法进行研究。结果 :经风害损伤的檀香心材挥发油含量为 1.42 % ,其油中各化学成分含量及各提取部位薄层行为均与自然生长 2 5a植株及对照药材相似。结论 :风害损伤可使檀香提前结香且不会影响檀香药材质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the wind damage effects on quality of heartwood of Lignum Santali Albi. Method: GC MS, TLC and pharmacodynamic test. Results: The content of volatile oil from heartwood of Wind damaged Lignum Santali Albi is 1.42%; the content of various components in the oil and the chromatography of different extracts are similar to those of reference drug and 25 years old trees. Conclusion: Wind damage should accelerate the formation of heartwood of Lignum Santali Albi without influence on its quality. [更多还原
