叶下珠化学成分研究
Studies on Chemical Constituents of Phyllanthus urinaria L
【摘要】 目的 :研究叶下珠的化学成分。方法 :各种色谱法分离纯化 ,理化和现代波谱法鉴定结构。结果和结论 :分离得到 14个化合物 ,其中 7个分别鉴定为鞣云实精 (Ⅰ ) ,芦丁 (Ⅱ ) ,短叶苏木酚酸 (Ⅵ ) ,isostrictiniin(Ⅸ ) ,老鹳草素 (Ⅹ ) ,没食子酸 (Ⅺ ) ,鞣花酸 (Ⅻ ) ;其中化合物Ⅵ为首次从该植物中得到 ,Ⅸ为首次从该属植物中得到。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Phyllanthus urinaria.Method:Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses.Result and Conclusion:Fourteen compounds were isolated and seven of them were identified as corilagin(Ⅰ),rutin(Ⅱ),brevifolincarboxylic acid(Ⅵ),isostrictiniin(Ⅸ),geraniin(Ⅹ),gallic acid(Ⅺ) and ellagic acid (Ⅻ).Compound Ⅵ was found from P. urinaria for the first time and compound Ⅸ was found from genus Phyllanthus for the first time.
