【摘要】 目的 :观察新辅助化疗加中药康莱特注射液治疗胃癌的疗效。 方法 :81例胃癌病人行新辅助化疗 ,其中 2 2例行加中药康莱特注射液的新辅助化疗 ,观察临床症状变化、病理变化和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。 结果 :临床症状改善率75 3% ,组织病理学有效率 6 8 9% ,其中 2例达到显效 (hisCR)。 结论 :胃癌的新辅助化疗能提高胃癌的综合治疗疗效 ,加用小剂量中药康莱特注射液对改善化疗后的免疫功能下降无效。提示对化疗后的免疫功能下降应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effectiveness of neo adjuvant chemotherapy and Hang Lai Te injection(KLT)for the patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods:81 cases of gastric carcinoma were treated with neo adjuvant chemotherapy,of which 22 were superimposed with KLT simultaneously.The changes of clinical symptoms,pathology and T lymphocyte subgroup were investigated.Results:75.3% of the 81 cases were improved in clinical symptoms,68.9% were improved in pathology,2 of them were significantly effective.Conclusion:The neo adjuvant chemotherapy could enhance the effect of general treatment of gastric carcinoma,but low dose of KLT was not effective in improving immunity function of the patient with gastric carcinoma after chemotherapy.更多还原
