【摘要】 目的 :观察中西医结合治疗伪膜性肠炎的疗效。 方法 :用生脉散口服、白头翁汤保留灌肠加万古霉素口服治疗腹部大手术后及化疗后 2 8例伪膜性肠炎患者作为治疗组 ,用万古霉素口服治疗 2 6例伪膜性肠炎患者作对照组。观察两组患者止泻、退热、失水纠正时间及疗程 ,停药后复发例数。 结果 :治疗组用药后 5项指标均较对照组缩短 ,无 1例死亡 ,停药后仅1例复发 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :中西医结合治疗伪膜性肠炎具有疗效好、疗程短、停药后复发率低的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of treating pseudomembranous colitis with integrated traditional Chinese and wes tern medicine.Methods:Twenty eight cases of pseudomenbranous colitis after major abdominal operation and after chemotherapy treatment were treated with oral Sheng Mai San as well as Bai Tou Wong decoction,retention enema plus oral vancomycin as the treatment group,while another 26 patients with pseudomembranous colitis with oral vancomycin as the comparison group.The time and course of treatment in the two groups were checked for diarrhea control,fever remission,and correction of dehydration,and the number of cases of recurrence recorded after stopping medicine.Results:in the treatment group,all the 5 criteria were shorter than those of the control group with marked difference( P<0.05 )without mortality,with only one recurrence,and the therapeutic effect was satisfactory.Conclusion:good effect,short therapeutic course and low recurrence are the benefits of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for pseudomembranous colitis.更多还原
