【摘要】 目的　了解广州地区老年性骨质疏松性骨折和骨关节病的发生率。方法　根据国家九五攻关项目“我国常见老年疾病现状和特点研究”的流行病学调查的要求 ,抽样选择广州市区 6个居民委员会 60岁以上老人 630人为城市人口、远郊村 685人为农村人口 ,由骨科和流行病学专家协作完成。现场调查由骨科医生执行 ,流行病学专家统一质量控制和回收表格 ,统计分析 ,最后由骨科专家进行专业分析。结果　广州地区 60岁及以上老年人口各种骨质疏松性骨折发生率为 12 .2 %。骨关节病的发生率为 19.4 %。结论　广州地区老年骨质疏松性骨折和骨关节病发生率均低于国内外其他地区更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevalence of senile osteoporotic fracture and osteoarthritis in Guangzhou area. Methods According to the reqirements of the study on the Current Situation and Characteristics of Common Gerontological Diseases in China,630 residents of 6 neighbourhood committees in the urban area and 685 residents in the rural area were randomly selected. They were all over 60 years old. The program was fulfilled by the cooperation of experts in orthopedics and epidemiology. Spot investigation was carried out by orthopedists. The epidemiologists were responsible for the quality control, questionnaire collections,and statistics. Finally the data were analyzed by orthopedists. Results The prevalence of osteoporotic fractures in old people over 60 was 12.2% and that of osteoarthritis 19 4% in Guangzhou area. Conclusion The prevalence rates of osteoporotic fracture and osteoarthritis in old people in Guangzhou area are lower than those in other areas in China and in Western countries.更多还原
