【摘要】 目的：探讨弥漫型非霍奇金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）染色体异常与临床预后间关系。方法：采用短期培养，Ｇ显带方法对４６例弥漫型ＮＨＬ的淋巴结活检标本进行染色体核型分析并与临床结果进行联系。结果：６ｑ２１－２５断裂，３＋分别与短的中位生存期和高度恶性ＮＨＬ相关。结论：弥漫型ＮＨＬ染色体异常与临床结果间有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between chromosomal abnormality of non- Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and its prognosis. Methods: Forty - six lymph node specimens of NHL were cultured in 24 hours and analysed by G banding method. The result was associated with the clinical prognosis of the patients. Results and Conclusion: The mainly chromosomal abnormalities: breaks at 14q - 32. 18q21 .6q21 - 25; structural abnormalities of chromosome 17; trisomy3 .5 . 18 found in study, The results showed that the break of 6q21 - 25 and + 3 were correlated with the shortened median survival period and highly malignant NHL respectively.更多还原
