【摘要】 目的 :探讨CyclinE和 p5 3的同时表达对预测粘膜下层胃癌预后的作用。 方法 :用免疫组化法检测 48例粘膜下层胃癌中CyclinE和p5 3的表达。 结果 :粘膜下层胃癌中CyclinE阴性、阳性和强阳性组的p5 3表达率分别为 19% (5 / 2 7)、42 % (5 / 12 )、89% (8/ 9) (P <0 .0 1)。同时表达的总发生率为 2 7% (13/ 48)。同时表达的发生率分别为 :幽门部癌 46 % (11/ 2 4) ,侵入淋巴结者 6 0 % (6 / 10 ) ,均显著高于对照组。分化型 33 % (13/ 39) ,高于未分化型者。同时表达癌的 5年生存率仅 46 % (6 / 13) ,显著低于各非同时表达组。结论 :CyclinE和p5 3同时表达的粘膜下层胃癌恶性度高 ,预后差 ;同时表达有助于预测粘膜下层胃癌的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of co-expression of cyclin E and p53 in estimating the prognosis of submucosal gastric cancer patients.Methods:The expressions of cyclin E and p53 were examined immunohistochemically in 48 cases of submucosal gastric cancer.Results:The incidence of p53 expression in cyclin egative,positive and strongly positive groups were 19%(5/27),42%(5/12) and 89%(8/9) respectively ( P <0.01).The overall incidence of co-expression was 27%(13/48) and the incidence of co-expression in antrum cancer and cancers with lymph node metastasis were 46%(11/24) and 60%(6/10) respectively which were significantly higher than those of the control groups. The incidence of 33%(13/39) in differentiated type tended to be higher than that in undifferentiated type.The 5-year survival rate in co-expressed patients wasonly 46%(6/13) being significantly lower than that in non-co-expressed group.Conclusion:Since patients with co-expression of cyclin E and p53 had a poor prognosis it can be used to estimate the prognosis of submucosal gastric cncer patients.更多还原
