【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃癌浆膜浸出的对策。方法 :对 10 0例进展期浸出浆膜面积 3～ 5cm2 ,并给予“治愈性”切除的胃癌患者 ,分为术中注药组及对照组各 5 0例。术中用药CDDP 80～ 10 0mg/m2 ,术后两组均随访 3年、5年。结果 :注药组与对照组 3年、5年生存率分别为 40 % (2 0 / 5 0 ) ,2 0 % (10 / 5 0 ) ;2 6 % (13/ 5 0 ) ,6 % (3/ 5 0 ) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :注药组 3年 5年生存率明显优于对照组 ,且与淋巴结转移与否无明显相关因素 (P >0 .0 5 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the treatment of gastric cancer with infiltration of serosa. Methods: One hundred cases of advancing gastric cancer with infiltration of serosa of 3～5cm were treated by curative resection. All the patients were evenly divided into two groups. Fifty patients were given intraperitoneal injection of CDDP 80～120mg/m 2 during operation and other 50 cases as control. All these two groups were followed up for 3 and 5 years. Results: The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of the treated group and control group were 40% (20/50), 20% (10/50); 26% (13/50), 6% (3/50) ( P <0.05) respectively. Conclusion: The 3-year and 5-year survival rates are much better than those of the control group and it has no relation with whether the lymph node metastasized or not.更多还原
