血管内皮生长因子及微血管密度在肝癌中的表达
The Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Microvessel Density in Primary Liver Cancer
【摘要】 目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在肝癌微血管形成中的作用以及与原发性肝癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :选择 32例原发性肝癌手术标本 ,采用免疫组织化学方法测定血管内皮生长因子及Ⅷ因子的蛋白表达。结果 :血管内皮生长因子在原发性肝癌中的阳性表达率为 6 5 .6 3% ;原发性肝癌中肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)为 30 .96± 12 .32 ,其中血管内皮生长因子表达阴性者MVD为 19.12± 7.34 ,血管内皮生长因子表达阳性者MVD为 42 .36±15 .5 4,二者相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血管内皮生长因子能促进肿瘤中微血管形成 ,血管形成在原发性肝癌的生长和转移中起到重要的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the function of expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) and to study the relationship between VEGF and the clinic characteristics of cancer. Methods: The expression of VEGF and Ⅷ factor in 32 patients with primary liver cancer were studied retrospectively by using immunohistochemical staining. Results: The expression of VEGF was 65.63% in primary liver cancer patients which was significantly higher than that in normal individuals ( P <0.01). The microvessel density was 30.96± 12.32 in primary liver cancer patients. The MVD in VEGF positive group was 42.36± 15.54 and was higher than that of VEGF negative group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: VEGF plays an important role in the growth and metastasis of primary liver cancers.
