【摘要】 目的　评估老年肺癌病人手术后生命质量。方法　采用参考有关文献自行设计的老年肺癌病人手术后生命质量调查表 ,对手术后不同生存期病人与健康老年人进行比较研究。内容包括生物学 ,社会学 ,和心理学三个方面。结果　手术后初期的病人生命质量差 ,随着生存期延长 ,生命质量逐渐改善 ,生存期至 3年后的病人生命质量与健康老年人已无差异性。结论　老年肺癌病人手术后初期尤其是手术后 1年内病人生命质量受到损害 ,有必要进行包括心理学在内的医学干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on quality of life in aged patients with lung cancer after operation.Methods A questionaire of quality of life (QOL),which involved biological,psychological and social aspects,was performed in the aged patients with lung cancer after operation.Results QOL in patients after operation was impaired in early stage,but as time passed,the health condition improved.After three years it was as same as the comparative group.Conclusions QOL in the patients after operation was impaired in early stage,especially in the first year after operation,psychological intervene is strongly encouraged.
