N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖转移酶Ⅲ和Mn-SOD在食管癌组织中表达的临床意义
Expressions and clinical significance of manganese containing superoxide dismutase and N-acetylglucosaminyl TransferaseⅢ in human esophageal carcinoma
【摘要】 目的 探讨GnTⅢ及Mn SOD对食管癌分型诊断的价值。方法 采用免疫组化ABC方法对 3 5例食管癌患者的石蜡切片进行检测 ,一抗为兔抗人MnSOD及GnTⅢ抗血清。结果 正常食管对照组织经两种抗体染色均为阴性 ,而各类型食管癌中阳性率均为 10 0 % ,其中鳞癌阳性颗粒染色强度明显大于未分化癌及腺癌 ,经统计学处理均有显著差异 (x2 =9.2 1,P <0 .0 1和x2 =5 .99,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 组织中GnTⅢ和Mn SOD免疫组化检测 ,有助于食管癌的病理分型诊断。
【Abstract】 ? Objective To study the expressions and clinical significance of N acetylglucosaminyl transferase(Gn TⅢ)and manganese containing superoxide dismutase(MnSOD) on diagnosis of human esophageal carcinoma.Methods Paraffin sections of 35 cases of esophageal carcinoma were immunohistochemically stained by ABC method using rabbits antibody against human GnTⅢ and Mn SOD.Results The positive rate in specimens of esophageal carcinoma were 100%.The positively stained granules in squamous cell carcinoma were obvious and in adenocarcinoma were tiny and evenly distributed.Conclusions The results suggest that the positive granules of GnTⅢ and Mn SOD may have some relationship with the histogical types and may be used as a tumor marker for the diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma. 〔
