【摘要】 目的 :探讨激素性股骨头缺血坏死 (简称 INFH)中内皮素 (简称 ET)、血栓烷 (简称 TXA2 )、前列环素 (简称 PGI2 )的变化及中药作用。方法 :选用 60只兔分 7组造成 INFH模型 ,中药治疗后观察反映血管内皮的各项指标。结果 :(1 )激素可造成血管内皮损伤 ;(2 )活血、祛痰法早期可能损伤血管内皮 ,补肾法可减缓内皮损伤。结论 :(1 ) ET可作为反映骨坏死的一个早期指标 ;(2 ) PGI2 /TXA2 的平衡在骨坏死中起一定作用。(3)提示早期预防的重要性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of ET (endothelin)、TXA 2(thromboxaneA 2)、PGI 2(prostacyclin) in steroidinduced ncrosis of femoral head (INFH).Methods:60 rabbits were performed model by corticosteroid into seven groups.We observe ET、TXA 2、PGI 2 by herbs.Result:(1)The injury can be found in vessel endothelium by using corticosteroid.(2)In early INFH,the injury in vessel endothelium was reduced by bloodactivating and sputnmeliminating therapies,but it will be prevented by kidneyinvigorating therapy.Conclusion:(1)It’s a early stage index to reflect INFH.(2)The balance of PGI 2/TXA 2 play an important role in INFH.(3)The results show it’s important by prevention.更多还原
