【摘要】 将雌性豚鼠 40只随机分成 5组 ,每组 8只。正常对照组 ,每日只喂正常颗粒饲料 ;造模对照组 ,每日喂成石饲料 ,连续喂养 6 0日 ;针刺治疗组 ,造模后 ,每日电针“膈俞”“肝俞”“阳陵泉”穴 ;肌肉注射组 ,造模后隔日非穴位肌肉注射复方当归注射液 0 2ml;穴位注射组 ,造模后隔日在“膈俞”“肝俞”“阳陵泉”穴穴位注射复方当归注射液。结果 ,造模组成石率大于正常组、穴注组 ,穴注组成石率最低 ;肝总酶各组均明显低于正常组 ,只有穴注组对K+Na+ ATP酶活性较正常组高 ;同时穴注组对降低ALT、AKP、5′ NT及肝组织β G、胆汁 β G效果最好更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty femal guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups,8 in each group.The normal group was fed at normal granule forage every day and the model group at gallstone forming forage for 60 consecutive days;After development of medol,the acupuncture treatment group received electroacupuncture at “Geshu”(BL17),“Ganshu”(BL18)and “Yanglingquan”(GB34)every day;the intramascular injection group received intramascular injection of 0.2 ml compound Dang Gui Injectio into non acupoint very other day after model development;the acupoint injection group received injection of compound Dang Gui Injectio into “Geshu”,“Ganshu”and “Yanglingguan”every other day after model development.Results showed that gallstone forming rate in the model group was higher than that in the normal group and the acupoint injection group.It was the lowest in the acupoint injection group;the acfivities of enzymes of the liver in all the groups were lower than that in the normal group,but only in the acupoint injection group the activity of K +,Na + ATPase is higher than that in the normal group;At the same time,the decrease of ALT,AKP,5 NT and β G in liver tissue and bile was the most marked in the acupoint injection group.更多还原
